Polly is a world renowed cocktail bar situated in Brunswick Street Fitzroy in Melbourne, Australia. We are one of the first Melbourne cocktail lounges (having opened our doors in 2001) and continue to have fans all over the world.
The blog will inform visitors on everything Polly, from our products, to our staff, to our customers, and the events that occur in Fitzroy and the amazing city of Melbourne.
